Now accepting session proposal applications for the Teaching Social Activism Conference at the Museum of the City of New York on May 17, 2020. Teachers, students, young adults, and activists are all invited to submit proposals.

This year’s theme is “Represent!”

From the census to the presidential election, 2020 is about representation: who’s counted, who has a say, and who has the power to shape the future. This free event offers educators, students, and activists the opportunity to learn and share best practices for teaching this important subject to students of all ages. Applications close February 24, 2020.
